Damage Guardna, updating an older card of mine

[I Hate Snatch Steal]

 

When a monster you control is attacked, during damage calculation: you can discard this card; twice during this turn that attacked monster cannot be destroyed by battle and when that monster battles this turn, you take no battle damage from those battles.

 

Rulings notes:

- Damage Guardna's effect does apply to the battle in which you activate it.

 

The original damage guardna only protected the monster it was used on for 1 battle, but with necro gardna and bacon saver existing, I thought it could use an update.

This card is actually pretty good albeit possibly a little too strong. Like a Battle Fader that works while you have a monster(s) on the field.

 

I like it. Though I'm not sure about how this balanced will fare in a real duel due to how generic it is.
