Based on the scene where Kaito says that (zexal ep 71, japanese version), I came up with these cards.

 

 

You can target 1 of your banished monsters and 1 face-up card; shuffle the first target into the Deck, and if you do, destroy the second target and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the first target. This card cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect. When this card in its owner's possession is destroyed: add 1 "Dimension-Striker" monster from your deck to your hand, except "Dimension-Striker Destructor". You can only use 1 "Dimension-Striker Destructor" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

 

 

If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase: you can target 1 of your banished monsters; special summon that target. Shuffle it into the deck at the End of the Battle Phase or when it leaves the field.

 

 

Once per turn, you can either: target 1 of your banished monsters and 1 card on the field; shuffle the first target into the Deck, and if you do, destroy the second target and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the first target. OR: target 1 of your banished monsters; special summon that target but it cannot be used as a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material for a Summon. Shuffle it into the deck during the End Phase or when it leaves the field.
