When this card is Xyz Summoned: Target 1 face-up Ritual, Fusion, Synchro or Xyz Monster on the field: banish it. If your opponent activates a card effect in response to this card effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and negate the opponent's card effect (This is a Quick Effect).

You do realize that if your opponent decides to use Warning/Judgment on this card, it won't negate it because of its higher Spell Speed (Counter Traps are SS3; this card is SS2)

 

Anyway, we basically have a monster that banishes another Extra Deck monster (and Rituals) when it's summoned and can negate stuff like Torrential Tribute, Bottomless or any other SS2 card. However, it only works during the time it's being Summoned and any Counter Traps such as both Solemns will not be stopped by this card's effect.

 

It's a nice card but essentially only has that one instance to pull off its effects. As a suggestion, make its 2nd effect be able to activate against cards that target it or something.
