Cannot be Normal Summoned. Must first be Special Summoned from your hand by banishing 2 EARTH monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned: Target 1 EARTH monster in your opponent's Graveyard to your field; Special Summon that target. Its effects are negated and cannot be tributed or used as a Xyz Material monster.

 

Basically, we have a Level 4 1400/500 monster that requires 2 EARTH monsters to banish in exchange for an restricted/Attribute-specific version of Monster Reborn.

Like I just noted, effect is only useful if your opponent uses EARTH monsters (if your opponent uses Scraps, Karakuri, Geargias or some other EARTH Archetypes, then this card can see some use). For the restriction on summoning, you can still use the SS monster for Synchro or Fusion Materials (as well as attack, etc)

 

Given this card is semi-Nomi, you can just revive this card and get another monster out of your opponent's grave. As for the stats, 1400/500 is low for a Level 4 that can only be SS, but given its revival effect, it balances out.
