Effect is interesting + revolves around changing this card's position to weaken your opponent's DEF and boost this card's power; although after 3 uses, this card will have 3700 ATK which is quite high for a Rank 6 3-mat monster. My suggestion would be to lower the point gain slightly (maybe to about 300), alongside the power drop to 400-500.
