Divine XYZ?

I know, the idea is weird, but I made this, and wondering about any opinions on it. YES, it's possible to summon, but it's almost impossible.

3 or more Level 12 Dragon-Type Monsters
Must be Xyz Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. The Xyz Summon of this card cannot be negated. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Special Summoned. This card cannot be destroyed by Spell/Trap Cards. "Toon" Monsters cannot attack your Life Points directly. Once per turn: You can detach an Xyz Material from this card; until the End Phase, this card gains the following effects:
- Pay 1200 Life Points: Banish the top 5 cards from your opponent's Deck.
- Target 1 banished monster: Special Summon that target. It cannot attack this turn.

today i was thinking of something else.... when the gameplay was all about synchros, i used to think "well now we've reached maximum duel monsters gameplay possible"....then konami surprised us with the Xyz...but now what? will K ever introduce something new? I was thinking that a possible new kind of card might be the "X-Synchro", monsters that in order to be summoned, require the player to banish both 1 xyz and 1 synchro

Anyway, the Toon effect is a bit random (considering not many people play them nowadays). Considering that you have to either use F.G.D, BEUD, Malefic Truth Dragon, Master of Dragon Knight (naturally) or use Galaxy Queen's Light or something to alter Levels to 12, the first turn attack lock on this card is a bit much (but I suppose it counteracts its detach effects).

 

While we're on the detach effects, the first one is powerful in its own right (1200 LP to banish/mill your opponent is quite harsh). Second effect isn't as bad (though it combos with its first one to get potential Xyz/Fusion/Synchro materials). Although I should note that they aren't OPT, so you can simply repeat them as many times as needed; assuming you have enough LP.

 

Although the materials are specific enough and demand a high Level, the effects should be toned down slightly.
