He's right! Divine Cards belong in Any Other Cards; you could also change the attribute.

OCG fix (You have a lot of work to do in regards to this; read the stickies in this section for an idea of how to write properly):

 

When this card is Summoned: Declare 1 Attribute; banish all monsters of that Attribute. Players cannot Summon monsters of that Attribute for the rest of the Duel. When this effect resolves: Change this card to Defense Position. It cannot change its Battle Position and is unaffected by the effects of other cards you control.

 

As the last two members have mentioned, DIVINE Attribute cards aren't allowed here in Realistic Cards (by now, you should know that DIVINE Attribute is reserved only for the God cards). You could change this to DARK or some other Attribute that you think fits, but do not use DIVINE (or Divine-Beast) within RC.

 

With that said, this card's effect can shut down entire Decks depending on what Attribute you declare (some Decks are mono-Attribute). Basically, it's Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell, except for whatever Attribute the player decides to lock (and w/out cost). It also has no restriction on its summoning (especially given its 4000 DEF and this kind of an effect); you need to add some form of restriction/summoning condition or lower its stats to around 2500-3000.

i'll ignoring it's attribute and balance, u should know first that dueling is for fun, to completely sealing like that is so far away from fun for both u and ur opponent, so if u change its effects to only cant summon a monster with the declared attribute while it's face-up on the field then the game will be interesting since ur opponent must try with everything they have to take this monster out (like Ophion or Drain cards did).
