Just saying, I liked the way it looked.  The artwork with the card type is nice.  Plus I was tired and getting ready for work while reading this so I just wanted to comment on the look and not care about the lore (which isn't bad at all).  Again, it was just appealing to the eye ^^

That's not good.

Usually card makers don't make their own images.

You are choosing to praise the work of an artist that's not here, and ignoring the work of the card-maker instead.

Constellars Xyz an already powerful Xyz easily every turn. Pleiades and M7. You are saying that you can grab 2 of those in the Graveyard and just turn them into a +1 Xyz with a 2500 ATK body and a Special Summon lock-down ability?

Special Summon locks are never a good thing. You might also be locking yourself and making sure you don't have any, but you still keep a 2500 ATK beatstick that your opponent won't top, and if killed, your Xyz Material Xyzs are still in the Graveyard for you to make a second copy.

At the very least, this card should have around 1000 less ATK, 1500 less DEF, and banish the cards it detaches. Then it'll be a real Fossil Dynna for Constellars with all it's principles right.

I actually had this card at 2200/2700 stats for balancing purposes and thought that it would be ok to raise its stats higher since it only locks effects that SS's a monster. Xyz, Synchro, and any inherent Special Summons are not detrimented by this effect. However thanks for clearing up that idea and ill change it back to 22/27 IF thats ok with you. Also it doesn't really lock yourself at all since ur talking about Constellars (What SS effect do Constellars have?). The banishing drawback is a good idea since it is a good way of not being able to summon this again so quickly if it was destroyed.

 

EDIT: Should i make it so that i can't conduct my battle phase the turn i alternatively summon this card or just leave it as i can't attack with this card in itself? Either way i doubt it matters that much since i'd probably have already wasted alot of resources on the 2 rank 5's/rank 6's.

I missed that part, sorry. I just never really deal with the inherent vs effect Summons rule.

Though it's still kinda cheap, with Materials from the Graveyard, you could make this card out of nowhere even without hand or field at all.

Lowering it's stats is a start. Maybe or maybe not as low as I suggested earlier, knowing the effect Summon restriction and all... but yeah, lower for what it is a free monster.

So i feel that i justified its extremely potent ability now, i think. You can't conduct your battle phase plus activate its effect the turn it is summoned which is pretty standard for a drawback. I've also decided to include that you cannot Xyz summon a rank 6 or higher monster (dont mind the card text saying just rank 8's) while this card is face-up. It might not be a big deal but atleast you won't have extremely powerful monsters (other than the obvious pleiades) that your opponent has to deal with along with Poeta
