If you take battle damage from a battle involving a "Stick" monster, you lose 100 life points. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, destroy all "Stick" monsters on the field i will make the "Stick" archetype when i have time, so what do you think about the main card? In a format this fast, I can't see it being that useful seeing as it can be easily popped by cards like MST, bounced by Tiaramisu, thrown aside by otk's, ect. The effect actually isn't really worth the cost. I can't say its good or bad until I see the archtype, but it has so much costs for such an underwhelming effect. Losing 1000 life points isn't that much, neither is the 100 lp each turn, but then losing all monsters when it is destroyed just seems like such a high price. Its been ages since I kept up with the format, but that's my opinion on it. Ill give more CnC once I see the archtype though. If I were you I'd make it more of an OTK stopping archtype. Cherz Posted December 5, 2013 Report Share Posted December 5, 2013 I think an effect like that would help it out, but try to make it a plus for the archtype if you can. Like, if the archtype revolves around discarding, then give it an effect that discards. If it revolves on banishing, give it an effect that banishes. I think turning it into a "Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, you can _____; negate the destruction of this card." I'm not good on OCG, but that's an outline. (OCG fix) Because you haven't created the set yet, there isn't much we can say here other than what the user above mentioned. A protection effect is nice and all, but the costs of using this card (taking extra damage and destroying all "Stick" monsters on the field) outweigh the battle destruction immunity. Unless you design the "Sticks" to build off of being destroyed or something else that can turn the negatives of using this card into pluses, this does more harm than good. (i.e. if you do take the extra damage, then give the monsters an effect that does something to your opponent or benefits you) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
