1 Aqua-Type Tuner + 1 non-Tuner Aqua-Type monster
If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: It can make a second attack during the Battle Phase. When this card battles a monster, but that monster is not destroyed: You take no damage from that battle.

(This should sum up everything that the TC had originally, but in a cleaner form that makes sense)

Anyway, I'll get on with CnC that you can take into consideration and hopefully learn from.

It's Level 10 and requires exactly 2 monsters to summon it, which might make this hard to summon in certain Decks. I would suggest making the non-Tuner component "1 or more" so you can have an easier time summoning this card; most of the time, you'll be using 3 or more monsters to summon something of this Level anyway.

Effectwise, the standard "kill something, then attack again" (which will most likely happen with this card's 3000 ATK). Its secondary effect is useful against battling stronger monsters or cards that have a "cannot be destroyed by battle" effect. With that said though, it's average at best since it offers nothing new besides stuff we've already seen (and that it will fall prey to destruction/bouncing effects).

Considering the work you need for this card, some form of protection (either for it or other monsters/cards you have will be best)

As for your OCG, I suggest reading the sticky thread at the top of this forum; it'll help you immensely.

As a note to the above users, your comments don't really help the TC improve his/her card. Attempting to fix OCG is nice and all, but you also need to critique the card based on its effects/stats (and/or attempt to help fix it yourself). Just flat out saying that it's horrible or simply rating doesn't get us anywhere.
