~British Soul~
These cards are finally coming out in PP16 Fiend/Xyz/Effect 2 Level 1 monsters Once per turn, during either player’s turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; change all monsters your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position, also all monsters your opponent currently controls must attack this card during this turn, if able. If you control "Number 31: Abel's Doom", this card gains these effects. ● While this card has Xyz Material, it cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. ● Your opponent takes any battle damage you would have taken from battles involving this card and an attacking monster your opponent controls. We can assume that the art might get changed (in TCG), but the one thing I'm interested in for their upcoming IRL release is what will happen to their effs. discuss
More than 3 characters
There is not really much to say about the manga effects other than that they aren't really as much card effects as they are eloquent ways of committing suicide.Based on those blurred lines of text, the real effects are relatively lenghty (5 lines of text) and can be expected to be similar in composition. I wonder if these will be 2 or 3 mat.

heraldry_lord
The thing with all Laval combos: You can make Quasar with 1 more card, and in every case it's better. That is true; Level 1's in general need more spammability for Rank 1s like Lion Heart and the crucifix twins to be more viable.

Delibirb
Dustons + Skill Drain + MST for Skill Drain? Or just use White Dustons and House Duston, I suppose. heraldry_lord
I don't think we can get around the fact that Rank 1s haven't gotten as much support as they should have. Where Arf Thou? was a step in the right direction, and Kinka-Byo, Jester Confit and Turbo Booster are old cards that definitely help the cause, but they need more for the more complex Rank 1 plays like the crucifix twins and Lion Heart to be more consistent.
