When you Special Summon either a Xyz or Synchro monster to your side of the field: activate the following effect depending on the monster you summoned;
* Xyz Monster: Select 1 Card on your opponents side of the field and attach it to the summoned Xyz Monster as a Xyz material (Xyz Materials attached to a monster also become Xyz Materials on the summoned Xyz Monster.)
* Synchro Monster: Select 1 monster your opponent controls that's level 2 or higher: that monsters level becomes 1 and reduce that cards ATK and DEF equal to the difference in its current level and its original level times X00 (X is treated as half of the summoned Synchro Monsters level.)

The Xyz effect is redonkulous. You can recycle any Xyz with Call of the Haunted and steal Material for it.
