The effect of the ace, Temporal Master, was loosely inspired by the anime effect of Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon

If this card is summoned, you can banish 2 cards from the top of your deck face-down. If a card(s) are banished this way, the controller of those cards can look at them and summon set or activate them as if they were in his/her hand (This card's effect doesn't need to be active to do this). When this card is targeted for an attack: change it to defense position.

Once per turn: you can banish the top card of your deck face-down. If a card(s) are banished this way, the controller of those cards can look at them and summon set or activate them as if they were in his/her hand (This card's effect doesn't need to be active to do this). If this card declares an attack: you can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; return that target to the hand. You must control a face-up "Temporal" monster with a different name to activate and to resolve this effect.

If your opponent controls a monster, and all the monsters you control (if any) are face-up "Temporal" monsters, you can normal summon/set this card without tributing. If this card is summoned, you can banish 2 cards from the top of your deck face-down. If a card(s) are banished this way, the controller of those cards can look at them and summon set or activate them as if they were in his/her hand (This card's effect doesn't need to be active to do this). At the start of the damage step, if this card attacks a monster: you can shuffle 1 card that was banished by a "Temporal" card's effect in your possession from your banished zone into the deck; destroy that monster.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 "Temporal" monsters from your Graveyard face-down, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card is unaffected by "Tachyon" effects. During either player's turn, once per turn: you can send a total of 2 cards from your side of the field or your hand to the graveyard; shuffle all other monsters on the field into the deck(s), then if this effect was activated before Main Phase 2, it becomes the Main Phase 2 of this turn.

Add 1 "Temporal" monster from your Deck to your hand, then banish the top card of your deck face-down. If a card(s) are banished this way, the controller of those cards can look at them and summon set or activate them as if they were in his/her hand.

Shuffle 2 cards that were banished by a "Temporal" card's effect in your possession from your banished zone into the deck, then target 1 spell/trap card in your graveyard; special summon this card and that target as Normal Monsters (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 5/ATK 2000/DEF 2000) and their names each become "Temporal Spiral". Banish any card summoned this way when it leaves the field.

I can't help but feel like the whole concept could use some kind of cost, and a fairly large one at that. All of the monsters are essentially an on-summon draw that completely circumvents hand limits. Limiting the banish effect to being Normal summoned would be a good start. Also, the OCG is a little weird but I couldn't really tell you why, I'm no expert on the subject, but to your credit game bending effects do tend to be a little weird.

 

other than that its a really awesome concept and something I'd like to see improved, the art is cool and suiting, with the exception of apprentice.

Sorry about this but what kinda Archetype is this based one...? Like Gladiator Beast is like if you get 1 GB you can get alot and fill your field and everything.... Do you get what I mean..? Lightsworn is like a deck burner where you send alot of cards to the grave and everything. I think this deck is like where you remove from play alot of cards.. Am I close?

sort of. The idea is that you can summon/set/activate the cards that you banished with the temporal monsters's effects for extra card advantage.
