Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing monsters you control whose total levels and ranks combined equal 12 or more, including at least 1 level/rank 5 or higher monster, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. If this card is special summoned: you can target 1 spell/trap card in your graveyard; add that target to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Dark Star Empress" once per turn. Once per turn: you can negate the effects of all other face-up monsters currently on the field, then each other face-up monster loses 100 ATK x its own Level and/or 200 ATK x its own rank and this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the total levels of all other face-up monsters x 100 + the total ranks of all other face-up monsters x 200. These effects are applied until your next Standby Phase.

 

Should I drop the spell/trap retreval effect or is it fine as is?
