Vary-Blade equip spells, are they any good?

You can only activate "Vary Blade of Magic" once per turn. Special Summon 1 level 6 or lower Warrior-Type monster from your hand and equip it with this card. It gains 300 ATK. During your opponent's Standby Phase: you can xyz summon using monsters you control including the equipped monster as xyz material. If this card was not equipped this turn and the equippped monster is used as xyz material, you can also use this card as xyz material for that summon (treat this card's level, type, and attribute as the same as the equipped monster's). Once per turn, you can activate 1 of these effecs. *When a spell card or spell effect is activated: negate that activation and if you do, destroy that card and change the equipped monster to defense position. *Target 1 face-up spell/trap card; destroy that target.

 

 

You can only activate "Vary Blade of Necromancy" once per turn. Target 1 Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target and equip it with this card. That monster cannot be used for a synchro or xyz summon this turn (even if this card leaves the field or the monster becomes unaffected by card effects.) The equipped monster gains 300 ATK. Once per turn, the equipped monster cannot be destroyed. If the equipped monster attacks, after damage calculation: you can target 1 level 4 or lower monster in your graveyard; the equipped monster loses 800 ATK until the End Phase of the next turn and if it does, special summon that target, but its effects are negated.

 

 

You can only activate "Vary Blade of Light" once per turn. Equip only to a Warrior-Type monster. It gains 300 ATK. Once per turn, when a monster effect is activated: you can negate that activation and if you do, destroy that card and change the equipped monster to defense position. When a card or effect is activated that targets that equipped monster: you can send this card to the graveyard; negate that activation and if you do, destroy that card and you gain 1000 life points.
