Limit Lavalval Chain pls

 

 

I guess everybody forgot how dangerous this card (even played at 1) could be if Mezuki ever went to 3. Well, it happened.

 

Here is the combo (I would make a video if I could):

 

> Summon any 2 Zombie Monsters with either 1 of Blue-Blooded Oni or Mezkuki in grave (or hand if using Zombie Master) and any viable Oni target in grave. 

> Xyz for Lavalval Chain

> Detach and send either Blue-Blooded Oni or Mezkui to the grave (whichever wasn't used in the first part)

> Banish Mezuki and SS Blue-Blooded Oni

> Oni's effect detaches the second material from Chain and SS's any non-Mezku Zombie from the grave (this is because you can't detach for Oni's effect if you have no viable targets prior to the effect).

> Xyz for Lavalval Chain 2

> Detach Oni and send Mezuki 2 to the grave

> Banish Mezuki 2 and SS Blue-Blooded Oni

> Oni's effect detaches the second material from Chain 2 and SS's the level 4 Zombie

> Xyz for Lavalval Chain 3

> Detach Oni and send Mezuki 3 to the grave

> Banish Mezuki 3 and SS either Blue-Blooded Oni or Zombie Master

> Use Blue-Blooded Oni's effect another time or pitch a card with Zombie Master and SS a level 4 Zombie

> If you used Blue-Blooded Oni, Xyz into Gem-Knight Pearl, if not, do nothing.

 

Total Damage:

 

1. Using Blue-Blooded Oni in the last step:

 

1800 (Chain 1) + 1800 (Chain 2) + 1800 (Chain 3) + 2600 (Gem-Knight Pearl) = 8000

 

2. Using Zombie Master in the last step:

 

1800 (Chain 1) + 1800 (Chain 2) + 1800 (Chain 3) + 1800 (Zombie Master) + 800 or more (Level 4 Zombie's ATK) = 8000+

All this of course can be modified by what you have in the graveyard, if you have Zombie World on the field, if you have BLS or DAD in hand, and much more.

 

It can also be done at any point in the game even if you have all Mezuki's and Oni's in the Graveyard prior. This is even better because you can make other Xyz monsters and not just Lavalval Chains making your total ATK much more than just 8000.

Been doing this for years, son.

 

It's a very real threat and it makes Lavalval Chain really stupid... but it's ultimately still a wobbly combo. Disturb any of the pieces and you're a sitting duck.

Ah yes....the one card no one at my locals seems to ever have. I love this card greatly.

This card definitely makes Zombies better even if you're not going to do the "Chain Loop".

I love how this is its own Deck and I'm the only person whom I've ever seen use it.

there is some guy on pojo who has this oni-dad deck or something where you do this shenanigans and also topdeck with dad with lavalval chain or whatever

 

3 lavalval chain in extra tho is a lot and extra deck in zombies is tight unless you purely go for xyz zombies which i dont think is the better choice
