Just to make this clear, I realized how well it combos with Sun and Moon right after I made the card, and I just couldn't be arsed to change it. So here is the damn card. And yeah, I removed the extra "Dark" from the name, just felt that it was unneeded.

I love the fact you stayed within the original Dark Tuner's concept of fueling that pair.
I also found it amusing how this can even be played off Quilla to make Inti.

What's the most funniest is that running this x3 in a Chaos.dek will make churning out a 3k beater into pretty much nothing, especially if you use this with something like Tour Guide or Collaserpent.

Ehhhh, As much as the deck needs this kind of support, I think it would be fairier if you gave this card the "Vanadis" and "Quick Synchron" approach. Allow it to be treated as either "Supay" or "Red Ant Ascatl" when used in a synchro summon. This would accomplish most deeds and would make the deck legitimately viable (because as it sits, its not competetive in any way right now)
