High-temperature Superconductive Psyhemuth

Just for confirmation, this is the best generic Level 6 Synchro, right? Or is that Vulcan? My memory is a bit foggy because I keep remembering a bunch of dumdums who liked Sirius. Oh, and uh, discuss this card, and how Sirius is the worst Level 6 Synchro monster in the game, just barely worse than Hydro Genex.

Sirius Isn't bad. It's a Beast-Warrior, which has merits, and 2400 drop is massive, and can quite deter the opponent from killing it until they're comfortable in doing so.

But yeah, this card is great. 2400 is pretty Beefy, and it's like a bigger, more accessible D.D. Warrior Lady.

Warrior Lady.   Sirius isn't the best, but he isn't the worse. I'd use Vulcan or him over this any day.[/quote] You're just pissed that I killed your Beelze with it XD Vulcan is better in FF, but almost everywhere else Psyhemuth is the better card. He ain't no Brio, but did we want another Brio in the first place?

True, but the great thing about both cards is that they have the OPTION of banishing themselves during battle.

So this is the more practical of the two, as its 2400 ATK body means that it can survive a hell of a lot, and, with its effect, very little can survive it, as opposed to a monster removal card that wastes a summon.

Nah. Still beats 101 in my book. Anything is better than 101.

2400 is not that strong. I mean, Hyper has equal at one level less. And so many cards these days can just dodge around this guy or be sacrificed. But just the fact that not one, but TWO monsters have to be used makes this guy seem dumb to me.

I like Sirius because he lowers ATK and has a 2400 body, but also because he is a Beast Warrior. I mean, I guess HTS is better than Sirius now that I think about it more, but a Beast Warrior has slightly better applications in my deck. Tenki, Horn, etc.

Full name makes it sound even more badass.

Like Tech Genus Blade Blaster?

=D

I will admit this guy is the best Generic Level 6 as a standalone. I Armory Arm a lot, so I may stick with Sirius. But I realized the full potential of this guy earlier today. (I finally took two seconds to think about it in detail)

I'm only confused by the first part of its name.

From my very limited knowledge of super conductors they need to be kept at very, very low temperatures.

High-temperature superconductors are a relatively new breakthrough in the field of condensed matter physics, and could bring about major changes in how we make computing devices.
Imagine circuits much more resistant to overheating than what we use nowadays.
Or a computer running off of iron-based circuitry, as opposed to the much more precious metals utilized in superconductors.

What does that have to do with this card though?

Also, one of my favourite parts about this card - it can help set up Feel Zone.

Flavour.

Also the fact that he was clearing up something I didn't understand. It's all still relevant to the card just not in a manner of usage, just a manner of flavour.

Except nothing about it makes it look like it's made of an HTS, and even its original name doesn't imply it's anything more than a regular old conductor.
