Dog King
Effect Once per turn: You can choose a number from 1 to 3, then send that many cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard; this card gains 500 ATK for each card sent to the Graveyard this way, until the End Phase. When this card you control is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard: Draw 1 card. the best card obv it gets under bottomless and trap hole(lol wut) its earth so it can be used with redox its summonable with debris dragon you can summon another with machine dup (which was op before) it can mill 3 cards for free which means its splashable in a lot of stuff it then has 1900 attack it can run over a lot of stuff including raioh and then after all of that you draw a card too stronk imo discuss
evilfusion
It's good, but restricted in application. Most Decks don't like random milling, and the ones that do usually already have other ways to do it, such as Lightsworn now having enough Lightsworn cards to make Card Trooper a little superfluous. It has very solid uses, and the draw part is awesome.

evilfusion
also this v doomcaliber knight is the most overpowered thing ever Um... That's not what overpowered means. For one, you'd require your opponent to be using Doomcaliber Knight. Which is pretty much never used nowadays.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Not exactly card of the format material. I mean, it has its uses, but pretty much every other card that screams "card of the format" has its uses, too. And random milling isn't that bad if your Deck can afford to lose a couple of spare cards. Monster Reborn? Pssh, who needs it.

Slinky
This card will always remain good in Tech genus. They want their sh!t in the grave for TG3-DX2 and Pot of Duplicity. Edit: Do TGs still run Ryko/Junk Synchron Freezing Fitzgerald plays?

The Hounds Of Anubis
Stun isn't lame. T.G.s are, though. Also anyone who played TroopDoopScoop back in the day knows how amazing this card is.All around just one of the best cards ever made. It's not insane right now but a lot of decks are still able to run it. If Rai-Oh went back to 3 this guy would increase in usage, though.

Seemed kind of iffy, but a new build I have MAY allow room for it. NEVER, EVER, EVER, play PoD in TGs. Of course, they turn the really awesome archetype into a lame deck. Stun is lame. Fun as a deck, but it just isn't TG.
ihop
Should be at 3. It's an argument to ban Machine Dupe IMO.
