OCG fix:

 

This card cannot declare an attack. When this card is Normal Summoned: Change it to Defense Position. Defense Position monsters you control cannot be targeted for attacks or leave the field, except this card.

 

First off, you can only have 1 printed Type on cards. If you want it to have two types, then leave one as printed and give it the effect "This card is also treated as a (other)-Type monster".

 

Basically, this card acts like Golem Dragon/Magician's Valkyria except that for any Defense Position monsters AND said monsters cannot leave the field (with the exception of this one). While it does serve as a good countermeasure against stuff like RDA, it makes your opponent unable to get rid of your other monsters via card effects. It also prevents you from using said monsters for Tributing, Fusion/Synchro material and so forth (though you can mitigate that by switching them to Attack first).

 

If you have a second one of this card, both will essentially make your opponent unable to get rid of any of your monsters by any means, unless they use Final Attack Orders or something to switch them to attack. You should add a restriction that only 1 of this card can exist (even so, this card is relatively difficult to get rid of with its 3000 DEF).  

 

Also, don't use attachments to post cards; use the code from the generator.

Sorry this update took so long : My pc was having issues. Anyway, i've tried balancing the card.

Heres how the card works: the basic idea is that it works like a damage sponge (like neo aqua madoor or Millennium shield). The idea is to use it to halt an enemy's offensive or to stall so you can set up a manuver such as a fusion or ritual summon.

Anyway, sorry this took so long, and i'd be grateful for any feedback.
