Next time, edit the first post with the card instead of making a new post with it. (Also, don't use attachments: Left-click your card in the generator and copy/paste the image code that appears; shouldn't be that difficult. And post the lore underneath your card so we can fix OCG if needed.)

 

OCG fix:

 

Target 2 monsters you control and 1 monster your opponent controls: Destroy those targets.

 

Anyway, this card is just Two Pronged Attack; except on a 2500/3000 body. That's pretty much all this has to offer.

You should give this card another effect, since this is already -1 for you (only use for it would be to get rid of cards that are clogging up your Monster Card Zones). I apologize if I'm being a bit harsh, but this card's effect really doesn't do much compared to what currently exists.

If the card maker isn't working, then go upload your card on another image host, like Tinypic or something (should be working though). Otherwise, you should've had the card up at the moment you posted this thread.

 

Card-wise, I'll leave it up to you as to how you're going to change the effect (if you plan on doing so). As I mentioned, there are better Level 8 options out there besides this card (which amounts to pretty much everything else) and Two Pronged Attack (which this card's effect is an exact mirror of) can pull it off faster. Needs to be something that would make this card considered for usage, should it ever be made.
