-Noel- Posted January 19, 2014 Report Share Posted January 19, 2014 Target any number of "Number C" monsters with the same Rank on the field and/or in either player's Graveyard; if any of those targets are in the Graveyard(s), Special Summon them to your side of the field, also each monster targeted by this effect is treated as having a Level that is 1 higher than its Rank. Immediately after this card resolves, Xyz Summon 1 "Number C" monster using those monsters only. That monster gains its effect(s) that is applied if it is Xyz Summoned by Ranking Up a specific monster. how to use this outside of CNo.5.dek? evilfusion Posted January 19, 2014 Report Share Posted January 19, 2014 It actually kind of sucks. Aside from C73 and C5, there aren't any Rank 6 Chaos Numbers. Also, you'd need to have at least 2 or 3 Chaos Numbers in the Grave, and most Decks don't run 3+ Rank-Up Magics, much less use them all. Although...Utopia loves this card. How ironic. C39 is a Rank 4 that be dropped on a whim. And the C39 Rank 5s only need a "Utopia" as Material for their effects. That said...you'd need 3 C39s in the Grave to Rank Up into C39-V or C39-Victory. And the same requirements to Summon any of the other Rank 5 Number Cs, and this card will let you use the Rank-Up effects. The issue with this card is you're actually required to follow the Chaos Number's Summoning Condition of 1 extra Material than the unRanked form, but a level higher. I thought it was lolbroken because if you'd summoned even one Chaos Number you could pull it off. Par for the course with all of Don Thousand's cards (I know this isn't actually a "Don Thousand" card), but seriously...it's trying too hard to be threatening.
