On the subject of this card......I'm sorry but it just plain sucks.  You need 3 specific monsters and all you get is a card that can't be destroyed if you have another card you can dump.  That's no necessarily a bad thing, if the stats are right, and this card has mediocre stats for a 3 material fusion.  If this thing got an attack bump, it would be better, but still not that great.

You do realize this is an Evil HERO version of Tempest, right?

 

Flavor-wise, it keeps to the theme of using a modified version of said HERO's effect [usually they have a better version of the regular hero's effects]. While it does have some protection against destruction effects [in a similar vein to PTD], keep in mind that bouncing effects still get around this card. If you change it to deal with that, it'll have some way to deal with stuff like 101 and the like.

 

This would be good in an earlier format before the power creep, but now it's iffy.

 

 

Also, remember to capitalize HERO since Konami does it nowadays, put quotes around the card names and check your spelling. Do not use commas to list Fusion Materials, separate them with a + sign; look at other Fusions if you need examples.
