Posted January 22, 2014 Report Share Posted January 22, 2014 When your opponent Summons a monster(s): Halve that monster(s)'s original ATK.The halving is permanent, it doesn't Target, and it works off any sort of Summon.Despite this card being random(And aside from Traptrix being a thing), it's actually pretty silly because your opponent's beaters are now spontaneously toothpicks.Discuss.
