I don't really like that the final effect is basically Heavy Storm, which, at time of me posting this, is BANNED

The other effect is pretty much the same as Neo-Spacian Dark Panther`s effect.

Given with those two and the fact that it`s a 2800 beatstick(?) this could get pretty broken. Maybe you could remove one of the effects or make it so you can only Summon Ujurak in a certain way.

Fixed, I was going to make it only so he can be special summoned if there are the specific three cards on the field then you can tribute those and summon him
