We finally have a RUM searcher, but it's a bit situational (unless there's a self-destroying WATER monster) and we might not ever even get it. But of all the WATER decks, Sharks and Mermails could use this the easiest. Sharks well duh used this in the anime, right? Not only is it painfully specific, I have the hunch it'd only work against card effects that destroyed your monster, and no Damage Step stuff.
