The controller of this card cannot Special Summon Effect Monsters. Once per turn: you can Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your hand. When a non-effect Xyz Monster is Xyz Summoned using only Normal Monsters as Xyz Materials: You can send this face-up card you control to the Graveyard; Destroy all monsters on the field except the Summoned monster, then it becomes the End Phase of this turn.
70 views and zero comments? Didn't think it would be that bad.

Don't worry, lots of us suffer from that as well.

Anyways....

You don't post lores just because someone might not be able to read it, but it's also comfortable for reviewers to copy-paste and correct the grammar like that.

It's a common courtesy.

The card is fine. It seems there are ways around it's drawbacks.

You Summon your effect monsters, then activate it, Special Summon a Normal Monster, Normal Summon another one, Xyz Summon, nuke the field, and you no longer have any restrictions for your Summons until you bring out another copy of this card.

You can take advantage of the effect monsters you Summon before this card's activation, or just not Summon them in the first place, that's not a problem.

Though I'm not sure what place this card would be used at, and other than Rank 4 Gem Knight Pearl and that extra Special Summon from the hand, which sound nice, it's kind of a downer that you downright end your turn right away. I know it sounds very awesome, but you are ending your turn with a big vanilla on the field, and how much will you really kill on average that'd net you enough advantage? I mean, there NEEDS to be a drawback, but ending the turn sounds a bit much. Maybe you could just Skip Battle Phase, or prevent further Summons that turn, or something like that.
