Slinky
Remove from play 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard andequip this card to a monster your opponent controls. Gain control of the equipped monster. During your End Phase, give control of the equipped monster to your opponent. During your Standby Phase, gain control of the equipped monster. This card seems to have been massively overlooked for quite some time. Its a brain control.. for plants. Plants have a lot of ridiculous support that just aren't being used. This is one of them. Maybe you bastards should start looking at what we have instead of crying for more support D:
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
I've never understood why this doesn't see much play when it IS SNATCH STEAL WHAT WAS KONAMI EVEN BAN IT NOW I'M SERIOUSLY. I saw somewhere that it was because Plants "don't want to banish," but that's probably too dated to count as an excuse.
Toffee.
This card seems to have been massively overlooked for quite some time-Which is pretty silly, because this card is capable of quite a lot.ALTHOUGH given the fact that players typically Xyz stuff more so then they leave monsters out, it's not like your always guaranteed to use that monster to make something else.Of course I'm exaggerating, because you are still given free range of the monster to do whatever the hell you want with it. Lunar Origins
I remember when people said this card sucked. But it doesn't. It has been amazing in everything I've played it in.
Premier Alexander Romanov
Why don't more people use this? The cost is surprisingly low, all things considered, and it is somewhat balanced, as it means you just "borrow" your opponent's monster on your turn. evilfusion
...That doesn't explain anything. Gigavise is a Deck focused around Gigaplant (Level 6 Gemini Plant that revives Plants/Insects), and Supervise (Equip Spell that gives Geminis their effects, and revives a Gemini when sent to the Graveyard). It's comboed with Power Tool Dragon, which grabs Equip Spells from the Deck, such as Supervise. Mark of the Rose is also an Equip Spell. The Deck is probably weakened due to Glow-Up Bulb's ban. Dog King
...That doesn't explain anything. What am I supposed to explain? Im just saying Gigavise is a deck probably the only deck can really abuse this.
Goose
It's not overlooked but plant decks are never really played so this card is never played
Canadian
The Deck is probably weakened due to Glow-Up Bulb's ban. They should get a Gigavise specific Glow-Up bulb IMO. Archfiends also have a Brain Control too and the deck that used 3 of them actually topped.
evilfusion
All we learned from this evidence is "monster stealing is extremely powerful". Change of Heart is banned. Snatch Steal's banned. Brain Control is banned. Mark of the Rose is awesome. Falling Down is awesome. Big Eye is ridiculous.

Downerd Magician and Gaia Dragoon are extremely good uses for it.
evilfusion
And Mind Control used to be awful due to all its restrictions, then became broken when Synchros came out. So yeah, monster stealing is nearly impossible to balance.

Sora1499
I wouldn't run it in Sylvans, for instance, since the deck has better things to do and tends to Xyz the higher ranks.
Delibirb
Have you seen my Space Tomatos deck? Its a consistent build-child of Aliens and Plants focused on stealing opponents monsters for synchro plays. This is used in it. :)
evilfusion
I do remember using this a lot in some weird Plant Deck that used cards like the Inmatos and Naturia Cherries with Mark of the Rose and Vengeful Servant for burn shenanigans.
