This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing 1 "Elemental HERO Kingdom Neos" on your side of the field and 1 "Number 39: Utopia" from your Extra Deck, this card cannot be summoned any other way. This card is unaffected by your opponents monster effects. During the Battle-Phase, when this card attacks: this card becomes unaffected by your opponents Spell and Trap cards until the end of the Battle-Phase, if you use this effect and this card is attacked: destroy this card. when this card attack Twice during either players turn, when a monster declares an attack: you can negate that attack. Both players can only have 1 "PXyz" monster on their side of the field.
