When this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict damage to both players equal to that monster's ATK, and if you do, banish it instead of sending it to the Graveyard. Anyway, main use I see for this card is if you are pushing for game. Sure, you run some risk, but it is essentially a weakened direct attack with both a banish clause and an effect negation clause attached to it. Speaking of which, is the negation permanent? If I'm reading it correctly, I think it is. And on the banish clause, that helps in a way because it prevents the destroyed monster from pulling Graveyard shenanigans and the like.
