Trebuchet MS
Here we go:
FLIP: When this card is attacked face-down, put Change this card into Attack Position, select then equip 1 Equip Spell card from your Deck, and put it on to this face-up card. If there is a face-up "Alex H-Type", is on the field increase the ATK of this card gains by 200 ATK.
I don't think it works as you intend it to. Flip Effects only trigger after damage is calculated, so your equipping effect won't matter if it got attacked as it won't turn the tides of that battle. Also, do include an Alex H-Type card.
(Normal Trap) Activate only When a opponent destroys (exactly) one of your monster you control is destroyed by your opponent (either by battle or card effect): You can target Select one of your monster you control; card on the field. destroy that monster. target and all monsters on your opponent controls monsters on the field are destroyed.
Quick-Play Traps don't exist. Also, Fire Kings would love this card extensively since they don't mind getting destroyed by any card effect.
Increase the ATK of The equipped monster by gains 400 ATK.

Must tribute Send 1 face-up "Midnight Roar" you control to the Graveyard to activate this card play. Increase the ATK of The equipped monster by gains 700 ATK.

Must tribute Send 1 face-up "Glimpse of Darkness" you control to the Graveyard to activate this card play. Increase the ATK of The equipped monster by gains 1000 ATK. At the start of your Battle Phase: You can pay 200 Life Points; the equipped monster can make a second attack during that Battle Phase twice per turn, if owner pays 200 life points
Bland series of cards. United We Stand or Mage Power can outdo them, barring Total Eclipse. On the other hand, Total Eclipse's activation cost can be bypassed using "direct equip" effects like those seen on Alex K-Type... Verdict: Room for improvement. The game's also evolved way past the days where a simple beatdown would win tournaments. But at least it's not as bad as those who post blatantly overpowered cards. Thanks for the input! This will help me now and forever more! Back to the drawing board! also, thats the point of "Total Eclipse", If you read the flavor text it says "made by the darkness of Alex K-Type" I ment for it to be that way. Trebuchet MS
Now that the new batch of cards has arrived...
If this card is targeted for an attack: attacked, You can activate may take 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck; play that card. If there is a face-up "Alex K-Type", this card gains 200 DEF.
Shining Angel -> Alex H-Type -> any Field Spell of your choice from your Deck. Nah, just kidding. That combo's a tad too unwieldy, being dependent on the opponent's actions.
When this card is destroyed: put Special Summon a total of 3 "Spawn Tokens" (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 1/dark/zombie/ATK 100/DEF 100) to anywhere on either you or your opponent's side of the field.
I'm going to assume you can distribute the Tokens in any way you want, i.e. you get 2 and the opponent gets 1. Duplicate of Heartless-Neoshadow.
Every turn this card is on the field At the start of each Standby Phase: put a Place 1 Heartless Counter on this card. You can remove the any number of Heartless Counters from this card: to Special Summon 1 "Heartless" monster from _________ with a level equal to the number of Heartless Counters removed this way on this card.
Specify where you can Special Summon from. I've left the blank for you to fill in.
The equipped monster gains 1000 DEF. If the equipped monster would be destroyed (either by battle or card effect): You can pay 200 Life Points instead to negate equipped cards destruction.
Hey, do you remember how annoying it is to deal with the likes of Wind-Up Zenmaines? Paying 200 LP to keep something on the field is incredibly cheap in comparison.
All monsters on the field become turn into Zombie-Type monsters. All monsters that are originally Zombie-Type before this card is played gain 400 ATK.
Took me a while to figure out how to word the second effect in PSCT. It won't affect monsters that have their Types altered by other card effects though.
Trebuchet MS
"Alex K-Type" + "Alex H-Type" You can target any number of Equip Cards equipped Spells attached to "Alex K-Type" or "Alex H-Type"; is transferred to equip those targets to this card. During the End Phase: You can discard 2 cards to negate this effect, otherwise destroy this card at your end phase: you can instead discard your hand to keep this card on the field for 1 turn for every 2 cards discarded.
I don't know if you are supposed to equip any Equip Cards from either Alex to this card if you used them for its Fusion Summon, so I'll take what's convenient for me.
So long as this card is on the field no other Neither player can Summon Fiend-Type monsters can be summoned.
...Meh.
Select Target 1 card on your opponent controls side of the field; destroy that target card.
Very convenient all-purpose spot removal. No doubt it'd be splashed everywhere if it's real.
Select Target 1 Monster card on your opponent controls side of the field; you take control of that target monster for as long as while this card is face-up on the field.
Snatch Steal without the drawback. Won't end well.
Activate When a monster declares a direct attacks directly: Negate the attack and destroy Target the attacking monster; destroy that target.
Easily outclassed by Sakuretsu Armor, which can trigger on non-direct attacks. However, Chidori Stream is a Counter Trap...
