I haven't made cards in a while so I suck at OCG but anyways.

Uh, well then. This card is quite powerful, as its effect is basically a one-use The World with some extra benefits. You gain a great amount of knowledge of your opponent's cards, you can play as them really horribly to screw them up, and more. This card can be easily summoned in frognarch as intended if you can have a monarch survives for a turn. Also, with a well enough set up grave and another copy of this in your hand, you can perform an almost permanent lockdown with this and Herald of Pure Light(summoned with Ronin's help) to recycle the copies of this card. Overall, the design of 'playing with yourself' is quite problematic in itself', and this is the epitome of that kind of cards. I don't know how to fix it, or if it needs fixing at all.

Oh, you know, I'll just NOT discard all your backrow cards off your effects, and NOT Normal Summon your Veiler/Maxx "C"/etc.
This card seems incredibly damn trollish, despite being rather situational to play.
Also, I found it rather amusing that it's LIGHT. Since, you know, Photon Sanctuary is a card, and can also help support this.
