Captain Murphy ☆
Tobi from Naruto. Lore: 3 Level 3 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 banished level 4 or lower monster; Special Summon that target to your opponent's side of the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's ATK. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can discard 2 cards to skip your opponent's next Draw Phase. Feedback and stuff would be appreciated. coolspy74
Hmm. Good card I guess. But shouldn't it be Madara, not Tobi?

Flash Flyer - Sakura
@coolspy: It isn't Madara b/c the real one (as Edotensei) was already revealed; we also know that Tobi is actually Obito (though he is Madara at the time of this pic, but w/e). This is a card section, so need to give CnC instead of a mini lecture on the difference. Anyway, I think this fits Tobi's abilities based on the anime/manga pretty well. Burning your opponent with the SS monster's ATK is strong (applying RC logic, could see a good amount of use in/against Decks that focus on banishing cards). I would probably make it a set amount of damage, since depending on the monster you SS, the damage can add up quickly, but that's probably just me. The draw effect is also powerful, since you simply discard 2 cards to lock your opponent from having a Draw Phase. But you also need to have Tobi deal Battle Damage first (which can be done, if he isn't killed first due to his average 2100 ATK), so that sort of balances it out to some degree. Overall, looks fine. Thanks for the feedback, while making the card I wasn't thinking hard about the "Skipping your opponents draw phase" part. I should probably make it to where you have to discard more cards or something. Thanks for the suggestions and stuff. I'll get better at this.
