Judging this with RC standards, the effects of the monsters need work.

Granted, Dialga/Giratina can be Normal Summoned w/out Tribute (they're Level 7 so you could use them for Rank 7 spam or something, but that's about it), but you do risk weakening your own monsters. There is some use in lowering your opponent's ones if they happen to be playing EARTH or DARK monsters, but that's it.

The baby forms require a good amount of effort to summon their adult forms (by means of banishing [Dialga] or discarding [Gira]). In terms of Dialga, you do realize that Rulers have a field day with it, right? Gira has some use with Dark Armed Dragon or something, but that's iffy in its own right.

On to Origin Gira and Primal Dialga. You're required to banish a total of 4 monsters to summon each of them; their stats are low for Level 11s and they have no other effects besides their Nomi conditions. I highly recommend giving them effects that tie into their abilities in the game/anime. For example. if you do Palkia, a banishing effect might work since it deals with space. Dialga would probably have something to do with turn count (how you implement them is your choice, but make them usable).

Portal and Hidden Land are essentially searchers for Distortion World and Temporal Tower, respectively. That's all they do. The Field Spells are just inverses of each other. Nowadays, stat boosting doesn't mean a lot when effect removal exists.

Realistically speaking, Origin Gira and Primal Dialga need fitting effects to compensate for the effort needed to summon them in the first place. Raising their ATK/DEF helps too (you do realize that common Level/Rank 8-10 monsters have enough ATK to kill them in battle), so somewhere in the 3000s should do them well. (Altered Gira should have higher DEF than ATK, to fit with it in the games, but that's my opinion)

This is the Pop Culture section so I shouldn't have graded these cards using the higher standards of RC. However, the cards need a lot of work (I'm just going to cut to the chase and say it; apologies if this sounds harsh to bear).
