This card can be Xyz Summoned using a Level 4 Spellcaster-Type Monster. At the beginning of each Standby Phase you can send 1 Spellcaster-Type Monster from your deck into the graveyard. Once per turn during either player's turn you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to add 1 card from your banishment area to your hand.

That first effect pretty much throws this into the OP area.

Basically, drop any Level 4 Spellcaster you want, then go into a 2100/2950. I'd take that part out (or give it an stat reducing effect to make up for it).

 

For the rest of the effect, sends Spellcasters to the Graveyard (can't see any real uses for it, aside from dumping Dark Magician to SS with Skilled or DMG.dek) and can return a banished card with a detach.

 

(Also, banishment area is "banished zone")

I guess it's OP because of you can summon it with a Level 4 Spellcaster, but that's about it. 2100 is low for a Rank 8, and there's no reason to actually summon this with 2 level 8s. Why not just make it a Rank 4 that needs Spellcasters? Would make a lot more sense.
