2 new tuners for a quickdraw deck

If this card is face-up, it cannot be used for a Synchro Summon. For a Synchro Summon, you can substitute this card for any 1 "Synchron" Tuner monster. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a monster that lists a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner. If this card is in your Graveyard: you can banish this card and 1 non-Tuner monster from your Graveyard; synchro summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck using those banished monsters as synchro materials. You can only use this effect of "Necro Synchron" once per turn.

[spoiler='Rulings notes (for both cards) please read']

- "If this card is face-up, it cannot be used for a Synchro Summon" will be negated by skill drain, synchron explorer, ect.

This was ruled this way to be consistent with the ruling found here:

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Blackwing_-_Vayu_the_Emblem_of_Honor

If "Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor" is Special Summoned by the effect of "Blackwing - Shura the Blue Flame", then the effect "while this card is face-up on the field, this card cannot be used as Synchro Material Monster" of "Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor" is negated, so it can be used for a Synchro Summon.[7]

- As per the rulings found here:

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Quickdraw_Synchron

- Activating the synchro summoning effect of these cards starts a chain. Thus it cannot be negated by solem judgment (sp?) or black horn of heaven but can be negated by divine wrath or solem warning.

- Synchro summoning with the effect of these cards follows most of the rules of a synchro summon. The main difference is that you are doing it as part if a chain. For example, you cannot activate the synchro summoning effect of these cards while discord or the effect of archlord krystia is active, and if your opponent chains discord (for example), then the effect resolves without doing anything.

- You must meet the material requirements of whatever you are synchro summoning. eg you cannot summon Ally of Justice Catastor because it doesn't list a "sychron" tuner. Also, you cannot synchro summon road warrior with necro synchron, since it requires 2 non tuners.

Sorry if I overdid it.

I've looked over both cards a few times and while I'm very impressed I have a feeling that 6 potentially reusable Vayu Synchrons might be pushing it, considering the Deck can already fill up the grave without breaking a sweat. Have you considered them being banished face-down? Simply the individual Tuner, not the other targets. Otherwise, you gave an effect like Vayu's to a Deck that can actually take advantage of it, and one of my favorite decks at that. 9/10 would not pawn for drug money
