Seeing all these Duel Masters images again makes me smile out of nostalgia. Not like the source cards were any good, but still.

Hmm, a recurring motif of 0/0 EARTH Zombies that boost themselves and each other...?

If it's a standalone sentence, an effect is continuous and will constantly apply if the card is face-up on the field. Contrast with...

I can already see a combo forming: Tuskman into Blademan, pulling out Tuskman, searching for another Blademan...

Tuskman sacs into Blademan, SS Oozeman, sac to revive Tuskman, which in turn sacs into Blademan...

 

Fortunately, that one-effect-per-copy-per-turn limit keeps Oozeman from looping almost endlessly with Tuskman.

A temporary boost that has more activation opportunities than Honest or Kalut? Are there any ways to quickly exploit this?

I was starting to worry that Wandering Deadman would be overshadowed, but I see you've made a reason for people to run him.

 

Though it doesn't stop the Deck from spamming Rank 4s.

Pseudo-Tenki for Skelebones that can also be tutored and provides a massive ATK boost. Fortunately, no Skelebones I see can revive without restriction. This can easily snowball...

 

[spoiler Spinning Chainsaw]Equip only to a face-up "Skelebones" monster. The equipped monster gains 1000 ATK. If the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can add to your hand 1 "Skelebones" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only control 1 "Skelebones Spinning Chainsaw". You can only activate 1 "Skelebones Spinning Chainsaw" per turn.[/spoiler]

Tutoring cards into more tutors into even more tutor shenanigans. I can hear Rai-Oh salivating...

To summarize this archetype: tutor, revive, tutor, almost ad-nauseam. Never mind their growing ATK stats, they can cough out Rank 4s at roughly the same caliber as Heraldics.
