When a monster with "Zaborg" in its name monster is destroyed by the your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once, while this card is face-up on the field During your Main Phase: You can discard 1 card to target 2 monsters on the field; destroy those targets. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field.

So, it can appear if your opponent destroys their own Zaborg?

Considering that this can be Tribute Summoned normally, this is a pretty powerful card. You essentially get a Treacherous Trap Hole out of this without the hassle of End Phase MSTs.  It may not have the non-destruction removal that Caius and Raiza have, has a discard cost, and it can be stopped by Starlight Road or THRiO, but hitting two cards at once is really good.

Zaborg is ran only to give Monarch Decks access to Rank 5 monsters with Illusionsnatch nowadays. The most popular ones are the likes of #61 and Tiras, who destroy cards, and coupled with Zaborg's destructive effect, your opponent's field already will take a beating. Chances are that replacing Zaborg with Dark Zaborg in this situation would be overkill topped by a discard cost as opposed to Zaborg not needing one, but this card does wonders on its lonesome.

@ "Eww Zaborg sucks" argument above: Zaborg has actually been pretty good for a long time since its release. 2400 with free monster destruction was actually very good, and was still good for years. Even if Caius and Raiza overshadow Zaborg in everything but it being Level 5 for Volca/Tiras/whatever, the free monster destruction effect isn't bad at all. If Zaborg is actually bad right now, it only became so recently after many years of good-but-still-outclassed.

fixed?

Actually, when you are going to have mention exactly one card in the entire game, it has to have its name in full. So, not "Zaborg," it would have to be "Zaborg the Thunder Monarch" in the card's text box. Also, when you say that it has to be destroyed by your opponent's card, you have to specify whether it is by battle or by card effect (or, even better, both). I'm not sure about the rest of the card OCG-wise though.

Actually, it also interacts with his "Reigning Monarchs" archetype elsewhere in this forum. If that was intended...
