SANDAA BORUTO
3 Level 7 monstersYou can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; roll a six-sided die twice and this card's ATK becomes the larger number rolled × 700 until your opponent's next End Phase, then if the total roll was exactly 7, apply 1 of these effects.● Send all other cards on the field to the Graveyard.● Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or from either Graveyard.● Draw 3 cards, then discard 2 cards. So what of this buddy? I personally like him. Oh, and I remember something like being down to like 500 LP then somehow summoning this and actually rolling 6+1... Was pretty hillarious Discuss. evilfusion
It's one of those cards that exists to be deliberately gimmicky, and is awesome as a result. It relies on luck to do anything good, but isn't once per turn, so you can gamble up to 3 times. Unfortunately, it costs 3 Level 7s, and the 2 Material Rank 7s are obviously better. Maeriberii Haan
I've faced someone who managed to roll 7 three times back during the Druler format. It was pretty hilarious.

evilfusion
so its first effect is upgraded JD second effect is upgraded monster reborn 3rd effect is EXACTLY Graceful Charity.... wtf is going on here...? Well, yes, a card reliant on luck and requiring the investment of 3 Level 7 monsters should have incredibly awesome effects at its disposal. The inconsistency of No.7 is what made it almost never see play, plus it was released in the age where even Big Eye was meh because we didn't have much in terms of Level 7 spam options. Then D-Rulers and Draco-SAC came out, and Big Eye's price jumped about 1000%.
Maeriberii Haan
Oh also, this was a nice budget option for Drulers back then.
Neochu-H
Then D-Rulers and Draco-SAC came out, and Big Eye's price jumped about 1000%. But people still never use this card
evilfusion
But people still never use this card I know, but they COULD and it was lulzy. Because Rank 7s had significantly better 2 Mat Xyz than this, No.7 revealed itself as "definitely just a lulzy gimmick card".
Darj
What if it required 2 materials instead of 3? It would be easier to Summon, but would have 1 less try to get a 7.
heraldry_lord
But people still never use this card A guy who ran full-power Drulers played this card successfully in Worlds, so it has that nice little reputation going for it.
