I must ask: why? Why give support to an archetype that already works well?

The Effect Monsters are actually fine in my opinion, but the Xyz is too powerful (banish AND Summon a monster?), Palenque and Eltanin further strengthen the deck thinning capabilities Chronomalies already have, and Temporal Anomaly might be way too good as a chainable Trap that basically spins an opponent's monster.

By the way, in Odd Leylines you wrote "banished pile", which is an unofficial term. You can write "...in your Graveyard or banished" instead.
