I Hate Snatch Steal
So I was messsing around with a random encounter modifier in a game to make these images and the rest came from there. They are called "Sky-Envoy" because of the background. If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon/Set this card without Tributing. Once per turn: you can discard 1 spell/trap card to either: target 1 card on the field; destroy that target. OR: special summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from your hand or graveyard. If you control a face-up "Sky-Envoy" monster, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If a "Sky-Envoy" monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Once per turn: when a "Sky-Envoy" monster inflicts battle damage to your opponent: draw 1 card. Once per turn this card cannot be destroyed. Once per turn: you can discard 1 card, then target 1 face-up monster you control; that target gains 1000 ATK and DEF until your next Standby Phase. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target. Target 1 face-up "Sky-Envoy" monster you control and declare 1 card type (monster, spell, or trap); that target is unaffected by opponent's effects of the declared type this turn. Also if you declared monster that target cannot be destroyed by battle this turn. Add 1 "Sky-Envoy" monster from your Deck to your hand. Destroy a number of face-up cards on the field up to the number of face-up "Sky-Envoy" monsters you control.
