gmaster1991
2 Level 3 monsters This card gains 200 DEF for each Attribute of monster(s) on the field. During either player's turn, when your opponent activates an effect that would add a card from their Deck to their hand: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that effect. (updated) Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this turn, your opponent cannot add cards from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them or Special Summon monsters from the Main Deck. .Leo
While it seems like a cool card, something like Thunder King Rai-Oh would outclass this to be honest. You only have the ability to negate two searches with this card, while Thunder King Rai-Oh gives the benefit of continuously stopping that. While it does seem like a benefit to be able to still search yourself, I feel like there are better rank 3 Xyz monsters that you could be bringing out instead of this. Interesting idea, I just don't see it having much utility.

Tour Guide can summon this by herself like other Rank 3s and she's currently Unlimited in the TCG Banlist, so it could be somewhat more reliable to bring out. Still, I agree that Thunder King Rai-Oh completely outclasses this card, and if you can reliably use that, like with Summoner Monk, then there's no point in using this card. Darj
As a Xyz Monster, this card has the advantage over Rai-Oh in that it doesn't need to be searched as it can be called anytime you have 2 Level 3s on the field. In addition, it comes with a higher DEF than Rai-Oh's 1900 ATK and, as Leo pointed out, it doesn't stop you from searching cards. However, I agree with Leo in that negating only 2 searches is not really good compared with Rai-Oh's continuous effect. For improving the card, how about turning into a combination of Deck Lockdown + Abyss Dweller? That is, make the effect like Abyss Dweller but instead of the anti-Graveyard effect, an effect similar to Deck Lockdown's, if not the same. That way, it will be locking the opponent for up to 2 turns, rather than 2 times. I mean something like this: Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this turn, your opponent cannot add cards from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them or Special Summon monsters from the Main Deck. Oh! That's actually brilliant! I'll do that.
Daigusto Sphreez
As a Xyz Monster, this card has the advantage over Rai-Oh in that it doesn't need to be searched as it can be called anytime you have 2 Level 3s on the field. This, basically. It can be put in the Extra Deck, and so it isn't outclassed by Rai-Oh, as it has consistency that 1 copy of Rai-Oh could never achieve. It's basically a really niche card that is great against some decks, but doesn't bother others. In my opinion, extra decks should have more cards like this, and while there's many rank 3s to choose from, I think most rank 3 focused decks would have room for this card (with the amended effect), or perhaps stick it in the side deck.
