Effect: When a card on the field is banished: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, both players shuffle the cards in their Spell/Trap Card Zones into their decks; both players draw 2 cards. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Tuner Monster from your Graveyard or banished pile, and if you do, you cannot Special Summon other monsters until the End Phase.

Don't know why I made it. I wasn't the biggest fan of Psychic monsters when they first came out, but now that they seem to have been mostly left behind along with Synchros, I kind of wish they received more love. Maybe I'm just overlooking them myself, but this was fun to come up with.

Thank you. I'll probably do that (waiting for more feedback before I edit anything because doing anything on Yugico has a tendency to take a while for me). I think I gave her 1950 out of a desire to make her worth using in combat rather than just being brought out for the effect. What do you think, something more like 1600 or so?

When a card on the field is banished: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned: Each both players shuffles all the cards in their Spell/Trap Cards they control Zones into their Decks, then both players draws 2 cards. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon target 1 Tuner Monster that is banished or in from your Graveyard or banished pile; Special Summon that target, and if you do, you cannot Special Summon other monsters until the End Phase.

Honestly, as much as I like how PSCT streamlines things and points out targets and costs, it's a pain when you want card effects that interact with banished cards and at least 1 other card area.

I almost changed the last effect to have a "You cannot Special Summon other monsters for the rest of the turn this effect is activated", but then I realized that it'll be nice if the SS-lock only happens if you successfully SS the target, rather than losing further SS if the effect is negated or fizzles.

Gadjiltron, you're so awesome. Thanks for the fix. It's not really a big deal, but the reason I specified Spell/Trap Zones is so that field cards would be immune from the effect (unless of course the rules make the Field Card Zone count as one of the Spell/Trap Zones. You know what I'm talking about, right?). Yeah, I agree about the last effect. Thanks again!

That's much better, though if you put it at 1400 or so, then it's immune to Bottomless Trap Hole.
