kyop
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard. ①: Once per turn: Spellcaster-Type monsters cannot be destroyed by card effects. ②: Up to twice per turn: You can discard 1 Spell Card; Target 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster in your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect, and monsters Special Summoned by this effect cannot be used as Xyz Materials during the turn they are Summoned. ③: During each of your End Phases: Discard 1 Spellcaster-Type monster or destroy this card. Maybe it's to OP?
Blake
oh hi there It's horrendously weak and useless, honestly. Though the stats make no sense for its level, at all. The summoning condition is really overrestricted, because most good Spellcasters in the main aren't going to consistently fill that condition. It's just a revive for a type that has options to do such already and it's not like it's a +1 like REDRUM, so it's just -1 revival. Ditch -> Revive effect is overrestricted as well. It'd be fine with no restrictions, given how hard it is to summon. And make it generic to summon with lower stats. The last effect should be ommitted. I'd make the revive effect OPT but discard any card, lower the stats a bit (no more than 2600, but i'd say 2300-2400), make it 1 LIGHT 1 DARK regardless of type, remove the restrictions completely, and omit the last effect. Blake
EDIT: Maybe make the discard; revive effect be "This effect of "Chaos _____" can only be activated once per turn". dammit it's not even 10 minutes why did it double post
Sunn O)))
So you took one card's name and another card's art, put them together, then gave it a bad effect. 10/10 It's really underpowered, it's atk is too high for it's level. Remove the last effect, make it generic, and other stuff that has already been said.

I'll think about a new name then, damn lol So, maybe 1 LIGHT + 1 DARK of any type, 2300 AKT, any Level Spellcaster (effect negated, maybe? or just once per turn) Thanks for the help! Blake
If any level, negate the effect. If just 4 or lower (idn't mean remove this one, shoulda specified) it doesn't need to.

Okok, let me see, then: Chaos Maiden (or something like this) Level 8/DARK Spellcaster/Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by banishing 1 DARK and 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard. ①: Once per turn: Spellcaster-Type monsters cannot be destroyed by card effects. ②: Once per turn: Target 1 Spellcaster-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. Its effects are negated. 2300 ATK/ 1000 DEF
