Testing has gone very well. Your opponent will more than likely have a LIGHT or DARK monster, so Super Poly isn't dead... ever. In addition, Saphira has been very live and her effects have led to victory several times. Plus, dat Hymn.

Maeriberii Haan
Or Electromagnetic Turtle/AD Changer. Though, why Minerva over Raiden?
Lonk
Or Electromagnetic Turtle/AD Changer. Though, why Minerva over Raiden? Because Minerva can work with the Fusions, though I will put in Turtle.
Darj
This may be a silly idea, but how about "Disciple of the Forbidden Spell"? After milling 1 with Shadoll Fusion, if you ever draw the second one you can Summon it, declare an Attribute and kill an opponent's problem monster with ease (unless it is immune/resistant to destruction). It is also a target for ROTA for deck variants with Armaggedon Knight. However, I have been testing it and so far I have not pulled that trick, but in theory it looks good. Perhaps D.Prison over Mirror Force? Monsters immune to destruction (Beelze, Spark Dragon, S.H.Ark, etc.) will be causing you more trouble than other monsters that can be handled by Nephilim or Lizard. -2 Duality -2 Shadollroots +1 Lizard +3 Supply Unit/Dark Wolrd Dealings/Dragged Down I suggest +1 Lizard because it is really good: it sets Falcon up and its Flip effect is handy. I have not tested it but Shadollroots seems to be too slow, and you don't really need its second effect when Midrash and Nephilim can do the Fusion recycling. I would not recommend Duality because Shadolls Special Summon too often; even in first turn you may want to put a Midrash on the board to pressure the opponent. Instead, I suggest running the deck thinning spells mentioned above. By the way, why no Warning nor Soul Charge?

Warning is more or less meh when I have Black Horn of Heaven and Soul Charge isn't legal for play yet. Shadollroots is very helpful as fodder and as a quick wall and is good for Hymn plays. I'll remove the Dualities for Dealings though. I'll also do the trap swaps.
Darj
You are right, I forgot Roots is Level 9 and fulfills Hymn cost on its own, while triggering the second effect. Then, how about -1 a Dragon/Beast for that Lizard? You already run 2 MSTs so I think the deck can work with 1 less Dragon, or you can drop 1 Beast who is pretty much a dead draw unless you get a Shadoll Fusion/DWD.
