Bringerofcake Posted April 22, 2014 Report Share Posted April 22, 2014 The Monarchs Victorious Continuous Trap Activate when a "Monarch" monster causes a monster to leave the field by battle or by card effect. Negate any card effect that would move a monster in the graveyard, other than itself, to a different place. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects while you control a "Monarch" monster.
