Something random that I made...
lqUMVME.jpg

Lore: When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Banish 1 card from your Deck, face-down. During your next Standby Phase after this card's activation, add that card to your hand.

plFBIwe.jpg

Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Larvitar: The Rock Skin Pokemon" from your side of the field. During your opponent's Battle Phase, you can switch this monster into Defense Position. When this monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard; Your opponent randomly discards 1 card from their hand.

MxDVVcQ.jpg

Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Pupitar: The Hard Shell Pokemon" from your side of the field. While there is a face-up Field Spell, your opponent must attack this card if possible.
I'm sure OCG and stuff is terrible. Help would be appreciated.

OCG is actually fine from what I see. Let's go into CnCing though.

Larvitar is essentially Gold Sarc, but face-down and the next Standby Phase instead of waiting an additional turn.

Pupitar has a discard effect, though given the nature of the game, 2100 DEF on a Level 5 won't survive too long. It has the benefit of switching itself face-down into Defense Position if it gets attacked last turn, but as noted in first sentence, a lot of monsters can run over this easily

Tyranitar forces opponents to attack it; if and only if a Field Spell exists (which I take as a reference to Sand Stream or something). 2750 ATK is okay for a Level 7, but it's outclassed by Blaster. I would probably add some reference to its Sand Stream effect and buff its stats a bit [though Level will have to increase to 8 or something]. In addition, add some form of protection to block card effects or something along those lines, so it survives longer.

These were my favorities back when I've watched pokemon and boy! that's been a long time.
I know you made these 3 out of randomness (because you posted it) but still they seem pretty good to me.
Altough I think it would be too much trouble to go from Larvitar all the way just to Summon Tyranitar at the end (Which is what you intended I guess). It doesn't bring too much of a reward trying to Summon Tyranitar is what I mean.
I've expected to see some earthquake-related effect from Tyranitar too and I've loved what you did with Pupitar, a gyroid-like effect would've been nice too. I like them :)
