VlausHieme
Invoker Monsters is a New Monster Type with New Summoning Mechanic. Invoker Monsters are like Contact Fusion, Synchros and Xyz combined and you use monsters from your Graveyard instead on the field.Invoker Monsters go to your Extra Deck like any other Extra Deck monsters, and they might have possible effects. Invoker Monsters can be Summon by Invoke Summon (this is treated as a Special Summoned) You gotta have at least 3 monsters or more in your Graveyard and their COMBINED levels must equal double (X2) of the level of the Invoker monster you are trying to Summon, when you Invoke Summon all Invoke Materials are shuffled into your Deck. Invoker monsters have Voke Score which is printed on the card and tells you how many of them that monster have. Invoker monsters uses Voke Scores for their effects and most likely will not be able to activate their abilities or all their abilities without them. Voke Scores have (currently no support) so not much abuse can come from it. Invoker Monsters take 3 monsters so you will not be able to spam them easily and if you do you will run out of materials quickly and will not get a lot of Invoke materials left and the materials that are return to the deck, you will most likely will not get those back. Invoker Monsters requires at least 3 that's combined level is double of any Invoker Monster in your Extra Deck which may be not easy to do all the time.1 Invoker monster in your Extra Deck is Level 8 so you MUST have at least 3 Invoke Materials or more in your Graveyards that combined Levels must equal EXACTLY 16.1 Invoker monster in your Extra Deck is Level 4 so you MUST have at least 3 Invoke Materials or more in your Graveyards that combined Levels must equal EXACTLY 8.1 Invoker monster in your Extra Deck is Level 2 so you MUST have at least 3 Invoke Materials or more in your Graveyards that combined Levels must equal EXACTLY 4.1 Invoker monster in your Extra Deck is Level 1, with a special ability to Special Summon itself outside of Invoker Summon.Example:Brigspring Dragon: Level 4 FIRE Thunder-Type Non-Tuner Invoker Effect monster (A)1950 (D)2100 3 DARK monsters VS 4When this card is Invoke Summon: return 1 other monster you control to your hand then, your opponent discard 1 card in their hand. Once per turn you can lower this card's card Voke Score by 1 to Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower monster from your hand then inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. If a level 5 or lower monster you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can lower this card's Voke Score by 1 instead.Your thoughts? Delibirb
My thoughts? Stop reposting the exact same damn topic every day. Bump the old ones, dont just make new ones.
VlausHieme
What about the monsters and summoning?
Delibirb
Well I already responded on one of your many statuses on this, but ill say it again. Idea is poorly thought out, poorly explained, an poorly executed. We dont need or want more Extra Deck monsters, and obscure and seemingly random summoning costs are not interesting nor do they add anything to the game. Horu
I like the concept but what exactly is an Invoke Score?
Zextra
New types and subtypes belong in Any Other Cards, and this topic will be moved there accordingly.
VlausHieme
I like the concept but what exactly is an Invoke Score?Similar to Xyz Material but, Score is not attach/detach but instead written on the card and tells you how many that monster have. liavcol
Look, I like people who makes new types and such, but I think: If you wanna make something good, give your soul to it! In this case you just didn't do that thing and the results are showing up! Up to now, I really don't like this idea. BUT, if you were to try harder and explain it more than I may be able to understand the full potential of the concept. Good luck!
Trebuchet MS
Creating a Graveyard-reliant Summoning mechanic? That would exponentially increase the potential of Graveyard interactions, and pretty much turn the Graveyard into a second hand. Can't dead things stay dead?
