This card cannot be used as an Xyz Material, except for the Xyz Summon of a monster that uses 3 or more monsters as Xyz Material for its Xyz Summon. If you Normal or Special Summon a "Star Seraph" monster(s): You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, draw 1 card, then, if it is a “Star Seraph” monster, you can Special Summon that monster from your hand.

I seriously wish Seraphs had another card like this...
Like, between This and Scepter, the Archetype is ALMOST like Gadgets.... Almost...
See, the thing about Sov is that it outright replaces itself upon hitting the field, because it goes and replaces itself with a draw. Despite the fact the chance for another Summon is luck-based, it's fine in this instance, since the fact you still get a draw, the card still replaces itself; Who cares if you don't draw another Seraph(Despite the fact it's nice that you can).
Plus, considering this card can trigger off Normal OR Special Summons, This card also acts as it's own mini draw engine, on the off chance you can't make a 3 Material monster. Plus, with it's 2000 DEF, it's not like it would a bad thing if you had to sit on this, because it also doubles as a wall.
Anyway... Discuss.

They want Seraphs to logically go into No.102, rather than 2 Mat Rank 4s. The problem with No.102 is that it's LIGHT specific AND needs 3 Materials. There are so many better Rank 4s that require less Mats and are generic. Therefore, Seraph support wants you to lean towards using their ace monster as their ace, rather than making a Rank 4 Deck like...all the other Rank 4 archetypes. Just with Seraphs.

I like the new Seraph support. They turned a horribly undersupported archetype that got ridiculously shafted into something a little more interesting...but not yet reliable enough yet.

Now if only they'd given us another Number...
