Number 483: Dialga, temporal of time

So I've decided to put 2 uploads in one day. Dialga's ability is time related so i chose to freeze time in a limited amount of time. Well tomorrow is like a "re-post" but its actually is called "Complete Set: Sinnoh" which include:

Number 483: Dialga, temporal of time

Number 484: Palkia, the spacial dragon

Number 487: Giratina, dragon from the Distortion world

When your opponent's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the attack. Until your opponent's 3rd End Phase after this effect is activated: That monster cannot attack, change its battle position, and activate its effect.

Flavor-wise, this fits Dialga's powers of time.

In terms of realism and other stuff, I think it's self-explanatory that Rulers or whatever can spam Rank 7s can go into this very easily. You need to put a restriction on its Materials.

I would also lower the amount of time this card "freezes" an opponent's monster by 1 turn. Though since you posted this in AoC, I suppose I can lay off the usual RC business (though you need to fix this otherwise).
